Can I Express my shipping?

We do offer international shipping and can accept credit cards globally. 

How can I pay for my order?

More Lord Merch currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept payment via PayPal.

How long will it take me to get my order?

For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 3-4 business days.

How can I check the status of my order?

       We know you can't wait to receive your order, which is why we will be sure to notify you when your order ships via email. 

Can I cancel or change my order?

       Any orders can be cancelled up to 2pm each day, thats when we begin processing orders, for this reason we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders after this time. 

Can I exchange my order?

We do offer exchanges, If you’d like to make an exchange, simply return the unused goods back to us and make a new purchase for the item or items you want.

How do I return my order?

Returns are accepted for all items within 14 days of purchase. 


What do I do if my order is damaged? 

We are so sorry to hear that your order arrived in less than pristine condition! Please let us make it right. Why did I only receive part of my order?

Don't worry, it's on its way! While we do our best to ship all orders in one package, there are times when orders will ship from multiple warehouses. If you did not receive multiple tracking numbers, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance.

I received the wrong goods, what do I do?

Although we strive for perfection, we are human and sometimes the wrong items are shipped from our centers. We are so sorry for any inconvenience this has caused and our customer service team is here to help make things right. Printing Questions


+ Do Your Prints Last A Long Time?

The DTG machines offer unrivaled colour fastness and wash fastness in the DTG market. We advise all customers to wash their garments at 30 degrees and do not iron directly onto the print. If you follow these basic instructions then your prints will last a long time! Unlike Screen printing, our water based prints are also much more resistant to cracking and peeling.


+ Can You Colour Match Pantone Colours?

DTG printing is a digital form of printing and whilst our machines are setup to match colours with the best possible results. We are not able to directly match pantone colours and exact colour matching is extremely difficult to perfect with Direct to Garment printing. Our machines utalise a CMYK + Red and Green setup, so the colour gamut that our machines can achieve is much larger than most.


+ What Is Your Typical Turnaround Time?

Our typical turnaround on orders is circa 1 to 2 working days for non printed products and 3 to 4 with. This can vary during peak times. Ask a member of the sales team for an estimated turnaround time at the point of your order and they can give you an accurate estimate.


+ Can You Print Onto All Fabric Types?

DTG printing is available on a wide range of garments.we Only use Organic Cotton which is prefect for printing on to.  


+ What File Type Do You Need of my Logo/Design?

We require a PNG file with a transparent background.

The file should be setup to at least 150dpi and you must ensure that all edges are sharp.


+ Are We Allowed To Print Anything?

We are unable to print any copyrighted material or designs that may incite hatred.


+ Are There Any Limitations In The Print?

We rare unable to print metallic colours such as silver or gold.

Our machines will try to match these colours as best they can,

but shiny prints are not achievable with a water based print.


Does my price include VAT

Yes all the merchandise has VAT included, so the price you see is the price you pay, plus shipping.
